Portrait: Guillaume, Industry and CSR Manager

After completing a Masters in Finance at Sciences-Po, Guillaume joined the family business to take on a number of challenges:

• Developing the industrial business: GUIALTO has set itself the goal of manufacturing innovative, environmentally-friendly equipment in France.

The first piece of equipment to be developed saves water, chemicals and textiles in the cleaning protocol.

It also makes the work of cleaning staff easier and saves them time.

• Structuring the CSR approach: Training in the economy of functionality and cooperation (EFC), creation of the Avenir range (equipment with interesting environmental properties), carrying out an eco-design diagnosis, etc.
